Every service is different and time frames are dependent on that. Cleanings and smaller services can be done on sight, while other jobs need to be outsourced. General repairs take 5-10 business days.

Yes. Often times pieces with mounted stones require measuring and grading which can take quite a bit of time. Any original paperwork, recipts, or certifications can be useful and save your time and money within the apprasial process. It is reccomended to book an appointment with the intention of dropping off your piece.

When it comes to metals, there are a couple factors that help determine your jewelry’s value. A good tip is understanding that most all jewelry is stamped with a puirty mark somwhere on the piece. This stamp is a good indicatior of the purity of the particual metal. However, it is not fool proof. The best indicator would be to bring it in and have it tested by a jewler.

Our building is ADA accessable through the back of the store! Most people are not aware of the two entrances. Heated sidewalks are available on both sides of the building so access is easy year-round.

I offer cleaning and inspections for free! This can be done through walk in or by appointment.
